Long-Haul Trucker | Mindset Coach | Founder of 1SocialButterfly & Mile 12 Warrior LLC. I’ve spent years living the trucker life in one capacity or another—stacking miles across interstates from coast to coast, chasing sunrises in the rear view and deadlines on the horizon both in a rig for most or in my car for the rest. I know what it’s like to sit in that cab for 10, 12, even 14 hours straight: the hum of the engine becoming white noise, the same exit signs blurring past, the coffee going cold, and that quiet moment when fatigue starts whispering doubts. That’s when the real test begins—what I call Mile 12. Not a specific marker on a map, but the personal wall every driver hits: the point where monotony turns into danger, where focus fades, and where you either dig deep or start gambling with everything. I’m Joyce Cooke, and I’ve been there—more times than I can count. But I’m also someone who spent years outside the cab helping everyday people build unbreakable mindsets. Through 1SocialButterfly, I’ve coached entrepreneurs, athletes, parents, and high-achievers on turning pressure into performance, using the same proven mental strategies that elite performers rely on: quick resets, signal awareness, mindset shifts, and owning the moment instead of reacting to it. The more miles I logged, though, the more I saw a gap. Truckers get world-class training on regs, logs, inspections, hours-of-service, and vehicle safety (and thank God for that). But when it comes to the inner game—the mental side of staying sharp through isolation, circadian chaos, micro-sleep threats, and those endless stretches where the road tries to wear you down—almost nothing exists that’s built for us, by one of us. That realization hit hard during one particularly brutal run. I was fighting my own Mile 12, running through the usual tricks (cold water, loud music, chewing gum), but I knew there had to be better tools—ones that actually worked in the cab, without apps or gear you can’t use while rolling. So I started adapting what I knew from mindset coaching to the realities of road life: the 60-Second Check-In, cab-friendly resets, breathing hacks, audio switches, and a warrior mindset that says fatigue isn’t the enemy—ignoring it is. That’s how M 12 was born and 1 Social Butterfly naturally flew under its umbrella. It has since evolved and formalized into Mile 12 Warrior LLC—now the dedicated company name and primary brand for all the trucker-specific tools, resources, community, and support focused on wellness, mindset mastery, and thriving in the trucking industry. 1 Social Butterfly remains the foundational home base, housing broader mindset coaching, support networks, merchandise, and the creative space that ties everything together—keeping the professional, no-BS, trucker-friendly vibe intact while expanding the reach. We’re building practical, road-tested tools: free check-ins, downloadable guides, the Solo Kit for independents and company drivers, Fleet Packs for safety teams, and a real community of warriors sharing what actually works out here. My mission is simple: Help drivers catch signals early, reset fast, and finish strong—every single run. Because the strongest haulers aren’t just the ones with the most miles; they’re the ones who master their mind when the road gets toughest. If you’re ready to own your Mile 12 instead of just surviving it, join me. Grab the free 60-Second M 12 Check-In, hop on the list for more tools and real-driver stories, or drop into the comments and share your story. We’re in this together. Stay sharp, stay strong and most importantly, keep it sunny side up where the rubber meets the road Joyce Cooke joyce@mile12warrior.com 1 Social Butterfly | Mile 12 Warrior LLC
